Below is an employee compensation export from Workday (or a CSV with the same columns). Each row is one employee. Expect columns similar to: Employee ID, Job Title, Job Level/Grade, Department, Location, Gender, Ethnicity (optional), Tenure (years), Last Performance Rating, Base Salary, Bonus Target %, FTE. Some fields may be blank or inconsistently labeled — normalize them and note what you had to infer.
